A Pre-Order allows you to secure an item before it becomes available for general sale. This is a special order, meaning it is made specifically for you and subject to the terms below.

  • Full payment is required at the time of Pre-Order. This reserves your item and confirms your commitment to the purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change before your order is confirmed, but once payment is made, the price is locked in.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description. These are approximate and subject to change due to production schedules, supply chain issues, or unforeseen delays.

  • We will notify you of any major delays, and you may request store credit if your order is delayed beyond 20 days. Refunds are not issued for delays unless otherwise required by law.

  • Pre-orders are final sale, no cancellations, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for change of mind.

  • In the rare case that we cannot fulfill your Pre-Order, we will issue a full refund or store credit at our discretion.

  • Pre-Order items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

    If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt with photos and details to request a resolution.

  • Once your order is placed, changes to size, color, or style may not be accommodated. If modifications are possible, they may be subject to additional fees.

  • Any chargeback attempt will be contested with these terms and your agreement to them at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, supplier issues, or carrier disruptions. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for your order.
